a. Email address (the email used to create your jamb profile)
b. Password (the password used to login into your jamb profile)

Answer: As at the time of publishing this post, the change of course form is already in progress.
It normally comes out, two weeks after the released of jamb result.

After generating your remita number code.

How to Apply for jamb change of Course Form/Institution

Step by Step Approach

a. Visit the jamb change of course form portal www.jamb.org.ng/efacility
b. Type in your jamb login profile details (username and password) and click on login
c. On the Jamb Dashboard, click on the link Registration
d. Click on the link UTME Data Correction
e. Click on Make New Payment


f. Click on Continue to payment

g. Click on Pay Now

f. Enter your Master Card Detail and click on submit to finalize payment, if you choose not to pay using your master card print out this page show below and take to bank for payment.

g. Still online, after making payment using your Master card, to make changes to Institution, choice of course or both, select the option choice of institution/Course Correction



h. Make changes to the choice of course or institution you want to change to.


i. When done, click on Save changes. The next page that will load is in pdf formate, download and print a copy of it

Answer: No. once done it can not be redo.
